In this 3 session program, we will cover a range of important
topics related to maintaining a healthy weight.
- We will dive into the details of carbohydrates, proteins and fats, helping you understand their role in your diet
- You'll also gain valuable insights into protion sizes and how to effectively read food labels
- Additionally, we'll explore various food categories, including starches, fruits, milk and milk substitutes, non-starchy vegetables, proteins, fats, sweets and desserts
- We'll touch upon sugar alcohols and sugar substitutes, as well as snacks, condiments and their impact on your overall health
- Finally, we will address the topic of alcohol and its relationship to a healthy lifestyle
Our weight management program consists of three 60-minute classes, during which you will receive a valuable Weight Management guide/book that will be provided to you in your first class.
