    No, health insurance is not accepted.

    Absolutely! All meeting conversations and questions are strictly between you and me.

  • Will you be flexible and able to work around my schedule?

    Yes! I can be flexible and accommodate your scheduling needs. The cancelation policy is that 48 hours' notice must be given or payment will be billed for a missed session. We acknowledge there may be a need to cancel because of an emergency or unavoidable circumstance; we can review on a case-by-case basis.

    The unique value of consulting with a dual service professional means much more benefit to you. The process of working together is more streamlined and holistic because of the dual services GHO offers.


    As your Nutritionist, I will be able to help you to create a goal-oriented health and wellness plan. We can address health issues, dietary restrictions, customized meal plans that includes grocery shopping list and recipes.


    As your Wellness Organizer, I will tailor a plan to organize your kitchen, pantry and/or dining room area(s) since these organizational solutions impact your overall wellness services. Based on the goals we preset, I will create purposeful revisions and adapt the kitchen areas of your home, as needed. Overall outcomes mean that you will be able to find that there’s an organized flow, things are in good order, and altogether make sense to your lifestyle.

  • What are the benefits of getting organized?

    The health benefits of getting organized include reduced stress, better sleep, an increase in “me time”, a healthier lifestyle, being more productive at work and overall.
